Great location in the heart of old town, within walking distance to attractions and public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff who provide excellent restaurant recommendations and local attraction tips. Comfortable and clean rooms with good amenities including stable Wi-Fi and good air-conditioning.

The location of Arsenal Suites was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The employees, especially the stagiair, were friendly. Despite some drawbacks like the television not working and the bathroom being flooded after a shower, the suite was comfortable and had a good water flow. The breakfast was not to my liking, but there were plenty of other dining options nearby.

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to explore everything in central Lisbon. It was conveniently located near the metro, making it easily accessible. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with good facilities and a tasty breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right in the center, close to markets and various attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a roomy and modern bathroom. The staff provides outstanding service and is warm and welcoming. the hotel is conveniently located near metros, ferries, shops, and restaurants.
The only drawback is that the hot water could be hotter.

The location of the hotel was great, centrally located and close to all the main attractions. It was convenient to have shops, waterfront areas, and tourist spots within walking distance. the hotel was easily accessible and well-connected to subway and train stations, making it convenient for getting around the city.
One major downside was the lack of functioning air conditioning in the room.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated on a very busy street right in the center. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms, although small, are cozy and comfortable, with a small balcony that adds a touch of charm. I loved staying on the 4th floor and enjoying the view. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
